Tolcapone and entacapone (COMT inhibitors) have been in clinical trials in the US for a year and European trials before here. The reports are that results have been very promising. What is the status of the drugs? When will they be available? Will any of the experimental trials conductors consider participants who live away from the USC and other sites?
