Nancy Mullen asked what is the difference between parkinsonism
and Parkinson's. I believe that parkinsonism refers to anything
that looks like the symptoms of Parkinson's; these symptoms may
or may not be caused by Parkinson's. For example, someone may
be experiencing diskynesia (although they may not know that's
what it's called) and goes to a doctor. The doctor recognizes
this as a form of parkinsonism; further tests might show it's
caused by a stroke, or head injury, or actually by Parkinson's.

To sum up, I believe that everyone with Parkinson's shows signs
of parkinsonism, but not everyone with parkinsonism has
Parkinson's.

I hope this is clear. (I also hope it's accurate -- someone
who's more expert than I might want to confirm what I've
written.)
