On March 11, Barbara Patterson write that many new list members and others not yet on the list are " requesting information on >pallidotomy....I would appreciate it if >two or three members of the list would volunteer to send these people the >information which has been posted to the list. Barb...I think Ken's WWW site which should be up and running fairly easily and quickly, will be a good place to locate "selected" postings from the list on a subject by subject basis. I am thinking of some of the valuable postings on exercise, blue glasses, as well as issues like pallidotomy. I have just put my own Home Page on our local Chebucto Freenet with links to the Ottawa-Carleton Parkinson Society. I hope to have the Nova Scotia Division WWW page established soon. I will try to include some of the pallidotomy postings as part of my Home Page as early as tomorrow and if I am successful, I will post my Home Page URL. One of the aspects of the Internet I am a bit puzzled about is the kind of access many list members have. My internet connection is wide open letting me gopher, get to WWW, ftp, telnet etc. Do many list members face limitations on what they can access on some of the American commercial providers such as AOL and Compuserve? I sometimes think that everyone must have comparable access, but this may be far from the case. TTFN & regards to all Peter & Moira ========================================= Peter J.
