I just came across information about an exercise videotape specifically for PD. I have only seen the handout on it. I have not seen the videotape nor do I have any connection with it. It is called "Get Up and Go". The workouts were created by E. Jones (a phys-ed teacher) and R. Tone (I think a broadway dancer-coreographer- I am not sure since my copy of the handout is missing parts). R. Tone has PD. Two others in the tape are a speech therapist and a child guidance specialist(both have PD). The people advising the tape include physicians from Columbia-Presbyterian Med Center and U Mich Med Center.
