I t is a good tape of Parkinson Exercise. About 1 hour long Tone starred in the Moment to Moment tape putout by Dupont in the 1980s. Don't know how it would do as a daily follow along fitness tape But it has some very good ideas for face/ hands and an excellent segment on getting down onto the floor and back up. Anne Rutherford
