I received a "Dear John" post from a former RLS sufferer. Here are her words.

Dear John,
They found during the sleep study that I had over 100 episodes of periodic
leg movement that interrupted my sleep pattern, thus leaving me perpetually
sluggish and sleepy. I was prescribed a medication called Klonopin that I
take nightly. It is used in the treatment of this syndrome. However, I had to
go through the sleep study to be diagnosed with it. By the way, if you wish
