This call for papers reflects the current discussion on The CASLL list. I would appreciate it if Mary Lou and her group at YOrk could also send out this Call to all Inkshed members not on email. Title WAC/WIDS and Writing to Learn in the Canadian Context The Canadian Caucus (CC) invites submissions from any interested instructor/researcher on the the topic of Writing Across the Disciplines in the Canadian context. This forum will attempt to accomplish 2 tasks. It will explore the institutional differences that characterize the Canadian academy in its treatment of writing. It will also explore political, logistical and pedagogical strategies that either overcome or capitalize on those differences.
