Chris: I bought a Kensington Expert Mouse 4.0 as I'm having trouble w/ both hands now (stage II) and the ball splits up the controls into 3 separate operations (pointer movement, left & right buttons) so you can take your time and concentrate on each functon separately. It's slower than a mouse but more precise. Also included is some very useful software that allows you to tailor your button & chording outputs.
