I'm thrilled to finally see some corresppondence on this list re the Udall Bill. We need everyone to do what Mort Goldstein of the Twin Cities is doing. I think we alsoneed to communicate our activities to all so that we can buuild a sense of momentumn. Here in Pittsburgh we have contacted our Western PA legislators. Bill Coyne was a co sponsor. I think we need to do at support groups what we did in industry - bring stamps, paper and envelopes to the meetings and have letter writing campaigns. The best of intentions often remain just that - good intentions. Apparenttly two of the key Congressmen are Michael Bilirakis of Clearwater Fla andThomas Bliley of Richmond VA. Now is the time. This increase in funding could be the catalysist that put the researchers over the top and finds the cure.
