Dear Friend:
 
My husband was diagnosed in 1985, and we still haven't gotten it just right.
I think that a major part of the frustration with PD, you just can't get it
exactly right, and there will always be good days and bad days.  You have to
try to keep your sense of humor; it's a real asset sometimes.
