Our local Albuquerque support group met last night and we were
puzzling over the following question: We know that protein in the
diet can interfere with L-dopa but is this only meat protein? What
about incomplete proteins in grains, etc.? In particular, what about
dairy products? Should persons on Sinemet stay away from cheese? Thanks
in advance.
