What about incomplete proteins in grains, etc.? In particular,
what about dairy products? Should persons on Sinemet stay away

From a very small sample it would appear to depend on the person.
My wife takes Sinemet; she says that if she eats dairy products,
cheese, milk, etc. she can expect just to sit for a few hours.
So her favorite ice cream is a bed time treat. But she was
surprised to learn that at least one of her Parkinsonian friends
does not seem to be particularly effected by dairy products.

Cereal proteins seem to be less of a problem for my wife.

From this, my uninformed, non-medical _guess_ would be,
"If it doesn't work, don't do it."
