Neida sounds like a person who refuses to accept the facts of her condition.
What a gal! Just a thought, has anyone given her a book about PD to read.
There are several well-written ones especially geared towards the lay person.
Perhaps if she understood the condition more she would be more accepting of
her plight. Other than that, it sounds like Neida was (and still is) a very
proud, independent woman who has difficulty accepting help.
