Glad to hear you and Paul Smedburg are "hitting it off. I got a call this
week from Joel Gerstel[APDA, Staten Island - Chapter Cordinator (or some such
title) ] He said we should not refer formally to Paul Smedburg as a lobbyist
since he is not registered as such. Rather he is a Washington APDA
representative who lobbies. There is a difference.
Glad to see a NPF fellow working with an APDA person. We need more
cooperation. We have our APDA walkathon tomorrow afternoon and the :Lower
Delaware NPF support group leader will be there. We will hold a joint meeting
in Salisbury MD later this month.
I got a call from APDA thursday asking about the PAN meeting in DC this
month. Some of the APDA brass may attend. That is a step in the right
direction. We need to work together.
