Some have Medline on CD Rom with no restrictions on printing the abstracts. The full articles can be found in their journals area. Not all journals are subscribed to by the library due to the cost but what they have are your's to read and copy. Those that have have Medline Online, generally restrict its' usage to students and employees of the University. With this type of service, the library is charged for online searches. Some of the "gracious" doctors on the list donate their time and money in furthering this "community" by doing noteworthy Medline searches.
