Dear Lyle Tweedy:: Great message Lyle. Keep up the momentum. I think you are Canadian - Ottawa? My old stomping grounds during high school days - Lisgar Collegiate. You have some very active support groups in the Ottawa/Carlton area. Also David Grimes a well known PD specialist at Ottawa Civic Hospital. Dr. Grimes wrote the manual "One Step At a Time" - mine was put out in l989 - the first edition and it is way out of date. Would you check to see if there is a recent edition please?
