To Barbara, Summerwind, and all: I have had an interesting, passionate relationship with PD since my diagnosis: i am actually more sexually active after diagnosis than before. Perhaps this is because i am now more aware of my body and how it is speaking to me through the symptoms. I have been lucky in my relationships, finding caring partners who embraced my trembling body instead of turning away, and even finding some sexual humour in my tremor. I agree with Barbara that sexuality should be as easily discussed as other PD areas, but then again, how easily is sexuality discussed in other aspects of society today?
