In the Washington DC/Virginia area there is at least one very good Chinese practitioner who does three-month workshops on Qigong. Her name in Chan Zhang. She has done a video--don't know if this is hers. It helps to learn with a "coach"--our sessions were held in Rock Creek Park on the grass. Lovely.
