Regarding a PD questionnarie: Why not put some open ended questions on it? Most importantly: What do you think caused your PD? We see all sorts of money/grants going to research on this topic but they never seem to ask us any questions. I'm sure all of us have in the back of our mind a suspicion about how we caught this disease. But you say anything to a doctor, neurologist, etc. and they look at you like you're some kind of a nut. I have a suspicion that (at least in my case) the liver is involved in this disease. And I have another suspicion that perhaps the metabolism of yeast cells in the body (producing alcohol?) are doing something to the brain cells.
