      Where :   Sunnyvale Multipurpose Senior Center
                    820 West McKinley Avenue, Sunnyvale, California 94086.
Admission :  Free and open to the general public and all interested parties.
   Weather :  Sunny and warm  - you may roam around the lovely park
                   adjacent to the Center
 
  Registration for door prizes begins at 12:30 PM
  Scheduled events begin at 1 PM
  Featured Speakers
 
  1)    Gary Heit, Ph.D., M.D. Department of Neurosurgery, Stanford U.
         Subject :  "Pallidotomy for Parkinson's Disease".
  2)    Paula Lewis, R.N., Clinical Research Coordinator for The Parkinson's
          Institute.
         Subject : "Overview of Clinical Research at The Parkinson's
                          Institute".
  3)   Sally Hedman, MSN, GNP and  Maria F. Meneses, BSW,  of Creative Care
         Options.
         Subject : "Eldercare Case Management".
  4)   Anne Harroun, ASID and Marcy Radler Moyer, D.C.
         Subject : "Housing Adaptations for People with Physical Limitations"
 
Refreshments provided at breaks between featured speakers.   This is the
time to visit exhibits of local companies which provide products and services
of special interest to Parkinson people.

       Creative Care Options, Exercise Programs, Housing Adaptations,
       Lark Lift Chair, Parkinson Action Network,  Pro-check Writing,

4:15 PM : Door prizes, provided by generous local merchants :
       Nob Hill Foods, Starbuck's Coffee, Le Boulanger, Lark Lift Chair,
       Athena Home Pharmacy, and PPSG members.
 
 Last chance to visit exhibits and partake of refreshments.
 
Refreshments provided by :   SafeWay Stores and PPSG members.
 
4:30 PM : Clean up and close down until next year.
