Parkinson's Action Network recently received an inquiry from a local Parkinson's afflicted person who is concerned about a claim for workmans compensation. We would like to pass along any input people have about the situation to him. He was injured on the job, and in filing for worker's compensation, he was asked to provide information about his medical history for the last ten years. He has not told his employer about his Parkinson's and he is concerned about the impact it will have if he does so. If anyone has any knowledge or ideas to share with him, please let us know.
