While I don't have any specific knowledge of a similar case (my husband
retired from teaching because he was too weak to continue managing a class),
I would say that if this individual failed to tell the whole story, it could
redound badly later.  If he were not completely forthcoming about his
condition, and his employer learned that he had foreknowledge of PD and
didn't report it, wouldn't that be grounds for denying him insurance altogether?
