I have no suggestions on how you can get your doctors tuned into the list.
What I can offer to them, however, is original copies of the algorithm and
its accompanying charts. One of the charts actually folds out and makes a
very professional wall display. If you wish to receive these, please send me
an email and include proper information for posting them to either you or the
doctors directly.
