Friend John--We very much appreciate having the Algorithm article--but I seem to have 2 copies of one section, which ends with the discussion od depression. The final line reads: "such as fluoxetine, sertraline, and paroxetine--" and there is noting more. I wonder if you can re-send the missing section? It is interesting and helpful material to share with some in our support group, and deals with many of Peter's personal concerns. If it's not too much trouble, thank you!
