JohnC, Thanks very much for the Algorithm... When I finally succeeded in
assembling it correctly, it was, in fact, all there. My husband, who has
PD, read it straight through, convoluted English, medical jargon and all. It
is helpful to see Parkinson's as a doctor's problem rather than as a
patient's problem. In future, it may be easier to work with the doctor to
define the disease.
