Dear Jeffrey,
I Just discoverd your information on Parkinson's Disease today. I am
greatful for the information that you are providing.
I am writing you for a little advice on where to turn with respect to
my mother. She was diagnosed with the disease about 10 months ago.
She was perscribed Sinamet and had an adverse reaction to the drug.
She was aprehensive to taking drugs in the first place and since having
this adverse reaction, she hasn't had any form of medication or
treatment. She now has all of the Secondary traits of the disease that
appear on your symptom sheet. She now needs care around the clock and
her spirits are fading fast. Fortunately, I have now convinced her to
see a specialist (Dr. Truong at UCI) and consider the various forms of
treatment available.
I am not shure where to go from here. Please let me know of any
additional places to get information and answers to my queations.
