Dear John C,
Many thanks for the detailed and extensive "book". Very much
appreciated. Have printed out 3 copies and will take them along to our
Southern Illawarra PD Support Group in Warilla (just South of Wollongong,
NSW Australia) when we meet on Tuesday week and I am sure they will be very
popular.
Would be nice to believe that our local doctors were connected to
receive this info, they should be if they're not. How could one suggest
it without them taking offense!!!!!
