RE Looking for information on pallidotomy in Quebec I have heard that a pallidotomy program is beginning in Montreal under the direction of Dr Serge Gauthier. Check with the Quebec Division of the Parkinson Foundation of Canada (the main office is in Dorval and there may be a branch in Quebec city). If you cannot reach the Quebec Division you can get their phone number from the Parkinson Foundation's national office at 1-800-565-3000......
