Does anyone else who is taking Sinemet Cr 50/200 also take 10/100 or some other doseage in the morning as a "kick start"? I am finding that it takes 1-2 hrs for my first CR dose to kick in. It was suggested to me by another neurologist i recently saw that i could take 1 tablet of 10/100 which gets to the brain quicker than CR. I am concerned though about adding more Sinemet to my meds, since i just turned 28 and would like the Sinemet to work as long as possible.
