Studies I have seen (last literature review +/- 14 months ago did NOT find correlation between illicit drugs EXCEPT artifical Heroin and PD. Markers (items with correlation): Over 60 yrs old Exposure to herbicides Exposure to pesticides (Wendy Tebay articles!) NOT using tobacco (tobacco users had lower PD rates) However, remember the "Genetic" basis of Rickets. Actual cause of Rickets is lack of Vit. D in children. Poor people had low vit. D diet and tended to be poor for multiple generations -> poverty was genetic NOT Rickets. We need to watch diffence between "incidental" correlations and "causal" correlations.
