There are multiple terms used for the same disorders which can be
confusing. Parkinson Plus is also known as Multiple System Atrophy
(MSA) and MSA is also known as Shy-Drager syndrome. Quoting from a
paper by Dr. David Robertson, "The Shy-Drager syndrome is a disorder
characterized by autonomic dysfunction, together with symptoms
resembling Parkinson's disease."
