Donna Greenwood at Anchor Audio, 1-800-262-4671 has a system available, but indicates it is probably too heavy for most people ( 5lbs.) It is useful for setting on a desk at meetings etc. She referred me to a company in Mentor,OH, Luminaud, 1-216-255-9082 as an excellent source of all types of amplification equipment.
