A PD friend of a PD friend has for the past week been in unremitting pain in the legs. Patient has been on sinemet about 8 years and may be reaching a point where it no longer works. Patient's neurologist says hasn't ever seen such severe unremitting pain. Patient is reaching point of desperation. Has anyone had experience with such severe cramping? Any comments welcome.
