I recently attended a seminar at the Parkinson's Institute at Sunnyvale on Pallidotomy. The main point I came away with was that there is not now data on the pallidotomies that have been done over the past 40 yrs, of course more in the recent past. They are beginning a program of a limited number of carefully selected patients on which they will make careful records and follow-up, something that we agree is missing now. ---Milo Milo V.
