Anecdotal report, for what it's worth: I'm the one with cold toes (up to my knees) and fingers. Don, the one w/PD, always radiated body heat--until the past few years, as the disease progressed and his tremor became a full body tremor (shouldn't all that shaking GENERATE heat?).
