Lynn: Thank you for the excellent posting. PD now has another meaning for me. :) Lynda: There are many possible reasons why Lynn's posting had the numbers inserted instead of some other keyboard characters and why there were lone words from a sentence on one line. One of the ways to avoid this, if one is using a word processing package to create the document and then uploading it to email, is to use a very basic font such as Courier 10 pitch when typing and increase your left and right margins by about a 1/2 inch. After the document is complete and ready to go, save it in ASCII and upload that version into email. That way nothing is lost and nothing is inserted by one computer program trying to read a code from another program. Barb
