Hi and Thanks for all the great responses on fava beans!
This might be a foolish question, but I'm a bit confused on the 'hull',
'shell' etc . . . which part of the bean is this. When we cook the beans, an
outer covering comes off - is this the hull or shell? Or do these beans grow
similarly to peas i.e. several beans in a pod and therefor the pod would be
the shell? When prepared are you not supposed to eat this hull or shell or
is this (supposedly) where the dopamine is?
