        Having been away from this mailing list for some months now, I wonder
if anyone could briefly
 
        a)  detail the proposals of Morris Udall's Bill
        b)  update the current status (and future progression) of the Bill
 
        - bearing in mind that this Englishman is not especially familiar with
the machinations of the US legislature !
