You are much too modest and hardly the medieval torturer you make
yourself out to be. Jack tends too easily to judge by appearances.
Why don't you tell people about the editing patch your students are
required to wear? No cruel mild shock, just a surge of chemical
awkwardness retardent at the slightest provocation (I am not wearing
the one you so kindly but so tactlessly sent me, you see?).
