You might look into BBSs in your community for free or low cost [$10/month] BBSs which offer Internet access. Also some Internet carriers provide the full net with unlimited access for $15-$25. The AOLS, etc. costs do add up fast- even though the monthly base cost is lower than Internet carriers. I hope this helps. Tim H.
