To Bill Holstein--the symptoms you describe are almost exactly those of my husband, diagnosed 6 yrs. ago. We felt from our reading that he probably had "Type B" PD , rather than "Type A"--wonder whether you have a "good" response to Sinemet--he is a "slow responder" according to his neuro.,which also fits Type B profile.
