Thanks for your thoughtful response. Quite a coincidence--I've always wanted to be a librarian. I drive friends and relatives crazy organizing files and categorizing everything! Will begin disability paperwork soon. My information is that I can apply before any disability is necessary, but the forms are made for people with current disabilities. Maybe those bureaucrats need an organized English teacher with computer skills to update their forms? Next . . . the Internal Revenue Service? I'll try to keep you posted.
