Hi Folks. I'd like to offer a suggestion regarding encoded attached files. Could people sending large files preface the message with a detailed description of what is in the file and how it was encoded. I get the sense that many people on the list are new to these formats/procedures and more information will help people decide where they should be investing their on-line energy (not to mention their "ON" energy).
