My medication (pramepexole + eldepryl) is normally very effective, but there are times when I am extremly lethargic, have a sore back, legs ache, sleep a lot, etc. My neurologist says it goes with the disese. I'm darnn thankful that these "down times" ( as my wife calls them) are at most one day in 14.
