Most of us with PD know tha a common side effect of Sinemet (carbidopa/levodopa) is constipation. But in a few instances, the opposite, diarrhea, may be a side effect. I'd appreciate knowing how many PD patients experience diarrhea and most important, what they do about it. Many thanks!
