Without knowing the exact subject of the study, it is hard to guess why
such a reference was made.  However, if the reference was to tremors or
involuntary motion in a general sense (rather than exclusively to PD),
the study author(s) may be alluding to tremors or involuntary motion
caused by Huntington's disease.  In that case, genetic counseling is
frequently recommended.
