It is not exactly a home page, but the parkinsn list archives are
available at
gopher://vm.utc.utoronto.ca/11/listserv/parkinsn
The archives are right up to date (and hour and minute, apparently).
They are a lot easier to read, also, without the routing information.
Alas, this does not give the ability to send messages to the list.
