Subject: Reading download files

AOL has changed the way that mail is processed. The old way was that long
incoming files were broken into smaller pieces of approx. 28Kbytes.
So, that your mail directory had files named :

#1(3) Parkinson Digest - 5 Aug 1995
#2(3) Parkinson Digest - 5 Aug 1995
#3(3) Parkinson Digest - 5 Aug 1995

The new approach is to create a file containing only the first segment and
then download the complete mail text file into a different directory,
Online Downloads. So your mail file in the "Online Mail" directory looked
like this :
Parkinson Digest - 5 Aug

And in the "Online Downloads" directory there would be a file

Parkinsn.txt

This textonly file "Parkinsn.txt" can not be read any light weight word
processing application, like "SimpleText"
I use MS-Word 4.0 word processor to read the file "Parkinsn.txt".

Lots of Luck...
