Dear Jeff: I had my surgery at the Toronto Hospital, Western Division. The neurologist in charge is Dr. Anthony Lang, the surgeon is Dr. Andres Lozano. The nurse-coordinator is Jan Duff R.N. - all excellent people. Other good places are Emory University Hospital in Atlanta (Dr. Mahlon de Long) and University of California at Irvine (Dr. Dogali). Look for people who are cautious and conservative, as this is serious stuff. Best of luck to you and yours, William Berman
