The latest word on da street Ain't got nuthin' to do Wid' that usual stuff Ya'll are used to. Gradually, you notice Something Ain't quite Right, Or maybe Left. You goes to move an arm or a leg And it either shakes Like you done overdid it The night befo'. Or it says, "Yo dude, just leave me alone. I don't feel like movin', Just leave me alone." And you thinks to yoself, "Hey man, is this a bad trip Or did someone pause the VCR With yours truly trapped In some Alien flick?" No, neither be the case, And when yo friends start asking, "Yo dude, what's wrong?" You know somethin' be up, Fo' real. Somethin' most definitely be up, Cuz you almost bean the po' batter In the head Throwin' the ball Back to the pitcher. Since you don't want no lawsuit, You decides to see yo favorite M.D., An' she says, Well child, altho' you be young, Looks like you got a thing call P.D. "Say what?" says you, "That don't compute. My old lady's old lady Had a thing called P.D." "Well, I'm afraid you've got it too." Hmmm. But how? But why? "You must be lucky" was all she could say. Lucky, that's me, Me and my buddy, P.D. "What does P.D. stand for?" Some Dudes might say: Permanently Disabled; Perpetually Disembodied; Partially Dead. While it could be meanin' Pesticide Destroyed; There ain't no way I be accepting my fate, Dude. See, I be young, Or so I done thought. Meant to run, skip, hop, And boogie. PD, or not PD.
